Climate Change and the Transhumanism Agenda

Introduction

We are Renson Mwiti and Gideon Supeyo, two young African scientists trained in Industrial Chemistry and Biochemistry. Our education in the natural sciences has equipped us with a foundational understanding of how the world functions on molecular, environmental, and systemic levels.

Yet, beyond laboratories and academic journals, weve come to recognize that science is never isolated from the rest of society. It is deeply intertwined with politics, ideology, economics, and the moral direction of humanity.

This blog arises from our growing concern and curiosity about two critical global conversations: climate change and the transhumanism agenda. At first glance, these may appear unrelated one focused on saving the planet, the other on "upgrading" human biology and consciousness. But as we dug deeper, we discovered a significant overlap in how these narratives are shaping public policy, technological development, and even spiritual beliefs.

Our goal is not to create fear, but to spark awareness. We approach this topic from a scientific lens, informed by critical thinking and personal faith. We believe the human body is not a mistake to be corrected but a divine design to be honored.

Join us as we explore how the climate change narrative is being used not just to steward the Earth, but potentially to redefine what it means to be human in the age of AI, genetic editing, and digital control.

We write as scientists.
We write as observers.
But above all, we write as humans seeking truth.

Defining Climate Change

Climate Change is the long term alteration of temperature and typical weather patterns in a place. Since the mid-20th century, this change has been largely attributed to increased fossil fuel consumption, leading to higher levels of carbon-based emissions like CO2

However, while climate change is a scientifically observable phenomenon, its solutions particularly within global policy are increasingly being influenced by ideologies that raise questions about human identity, freedom, and future ethics.

The Voluntary Carbon Market and Its Hidden Cost

The Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) is a system where companies or countries purchase "carbon credits" to offset their emissions. In theory, this allows polluters to fund environmental conservation elsewhere, like in heavily vegetated regions (usually in the Global South).

But in practice, this system creates new problems:

  • Productive farmland in developing nations is being reclassified as carbon sinks rendering it unavailable for agriculture.

  • Pastoral communities are losing grazing land, reducing livestock productivity and endangering traditional livelihoods.

  • The natural carbon cycle, which was once self-regulating, is being commercialized in ways that dont actually reduce global emissions but reassign the guilt of pollution elsewhere.

  • Ultimately, this leads to food insecurity, economic disempowerment, and ecological disruption in some of the most vulnerable regions of the world.

Transhumanism and Climate Solutions: A Dangerous Intersection

In efforts to adapt to climate change, a new frontier has emerged Transhumanism: the movement advocating for the enhancement of human and biological systems through technology and genetic modification.

Examples include:

  • Genetically modified crops and livestock engineered to "survive" harsh environments.

  • DNA-altering techniques to create fast-maturing animals.

  • Chemical dependence to sustain modified organisms.

  • Loss of nutritional integrity in food systems.

These scientific innovations, while marketed as solutions, raise alarming concerns:

  • Health risks from consuming genetically altered products.

  • Unintended gene expressions in plants, animals, and possibly humans.

  • New diseases and ecosystem imbalances.

  • A growing dependence on supplements and synthetic interventions in place of natural nutrition.

Rather than adapting humanity to a broken world, these technologies may be paving the way to redefine humanity itself stripping away what makes us inherently human and replacing it with artificial enhancements.

A Spiritual Perspective: Creation and Rebellion

Scripture reveals that creation is not silent in the face of sin or righteousness. The natural world reacts to spiritual conditions.

"And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one."
1 John 5:8

When humans rebel against God through idolatry, pride, or corruption nature often groans in response. This is not because God instantly punishes us, but because spiritual darkness gains legal ground to unleash chaos.

"For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God... their foolish hearts were darkened."
Romans 1:21

In recent global events, we've seen natural disasters follow large-scale spiritual rebellion not as random occurrences, but as echoes of a groaning creation.

"For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God."
Romans 8:19

Creation itself longs for righteous leadership, for people who reflect the image and glory of God to arise and restore order. When Isaac sowed during a drought, he reaped a hundredfold (Genesis 26:12). When Elijah spoke, rain stopped and started at the word of the Lord (James 5:17 18).

Hope Beyond Technology: The Power of God

Transhumanism offers enhancements. God offers transformation.

Through Jesus Christ, we are not only restored but elevated receiving dominion, wisdom, and supernatural favor, even in seasons of drought, famine, or chaos.

Examples of Divine Empowerment Amid Crisis:

  • Economic Empowerment Joseph was promoted in a foreign land, managing Egypt economy during a seven-year famine (Genesis 41:34 to 39).

  • Divine Intervention Elisha declared an economic turnaround in 24 hours (2 Kings 7:1).

  • Divine Provision God fed Elijah through ravens, and later multiplied oil and flour for a widow (1 Kings 17:4 to 16).

These are not fairy tales they are templates for sons of God in times of crisis. We are called to manifest that same authority, dominion, and divine partnership today.

A Call to Salvation

The ultimate transformation humanity needs is not artificial intelligence or genetic enhancements it is the renewal of the heart through Jesus Christ.

If you sense that the world is shifting beyond what science or politics can fix, its because your spirit is discerning the truth.

Jesus Christ offers you a new beginning not just in eternity, but right now.

The Sinners Prayer

Lord Jesus, I come to You today. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness.
I believe You died for my sins and rose again so I could have eternal life.
I ask You to come into my heart, be my Lord and Savior, and make me a new creation.
Today, I choose to follow You. Thank You for loving me and saving me. Amen.

If you prayed this prayer, heaven rejoices with you and so do we!
We encourage you to connect with a Bible-teaching church and begin your journey of faith, growth, and transformation.

Feel free to reach out through the contact section on our website. Wed be honored to walk with you as you seek truth in these shifting times.

Final Thoughts: The Earth is Waiting

We live in a time of great shaking scientific, political, environmental, and spiritual. But this is not a time for fear. It is a time for rising.

"Through faith and patience we inherit the promises."
Hebrews 6:12

Creation is not groaning for more technology. It is groaning for you a child of God, filled with truth and led by the Spirit.

The question is: Will you rise?
