Commanding The Month of June
Prayer Points for the New Month with Bible Verses
1. Thanksgiving
Begin the new month by expressing gratitude to God for His faithfulness and goodness in your life.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever (Psalm 107:1).
2. Seeking God Guidance
Pray for God's guidance and direction as you enter the new month. Ask Him to lead you in making wise decisions and to order your steps according to His will.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
3. Renewal of Strength
Ask God to renew your strength and empower you to face any challenges that may come your way in the new month. Seek His supernatural empowerment to accomplish all that He has called you to do.
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint (Isaiah 40:31).
4. Divine Provision
Pray for God's provision in every area of your life, financially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Trust in His promise to meet all your needs according to His riches in glory.
And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
5. Protection and Safety
Ask God to protect and keep you safe throughout the new month. Pray for His divine covering over your life, family, and loved ones, shielding them from harm and danger.
The Lord will keep you from all harm†he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore (Psalm 121:7-8).
6. Wisdom and Discernment
Seek God's wisdom and discernment in making decisions and navigating through the challenges of the new month. Ask Him to grant you understanding and insight into His Word and guidance for every situation you may encounter.
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you (James 1:5).
7. Spiritual Growth
Pray for spiritual growth and maturity in your relationship with God during the new month. Ask Him to deepen your understanding of His Word, increase your hunger for righteousness, and help you grow in love and obedience towards Him.
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen 2 Peter 3:18).
8. Impact and Influence
Seek God's favor and anointing to make a positive impact and influence in the lives of others during the new month. Pray that your words and actions may reflect the love and character of Christ, bringing hope and transformation to those around you.
Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).
9. Healing and Restoration
Pray for healing and restoration in any area of your life that may need it. Ask God to bring healing to your body, mind, and soul, and to restore anything that has been broken or lost.
Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise (Jeremiah 17:14).
10. Praying for Others
Finally, intercede for others during the new month. Lift up your family, friends, community, and those in need around the world. Ask God to bless them, meet their needs, and reveal His love and salvation to them.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people (Ephesians 6:18).
